Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Trainer located in Bengaluru. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for delivering structured technical training to learners, developing engaging training materials, and evaluating trainees’ progress. The role also involves conducting workshops, updating training content to align with industry trends, and providing continuous learning support to participants.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in technical training and experience as a Technical Trainer
- Strong skills in Training & Development and conducting workshops
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities to engage and motivate learners
- Proficiency in creating, updating, and customizing training materials
- Experience in monitoring and evaluating trainee performance
- Ability to stay updated with the latest industry technologies and best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, education, or a related discipline
- Experience in the education sector or a similar training environment is a plus
