We are looking for candidates having more than 12 years of experience, to build and manage Higher Education EdTech Business Development function handling Universities and Degree Colleges.
Location: Lucknow & Jaipur.
Job Responsibilities:
• Lead the Regional Business Development business in the Higher Education vertical.
• Sign up new universities and build market reach by locating, identifying, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
• Expanding addressable market – New Product introduction (in association with the Product Team)
• Leading the thought leadership in the product innovation cell as per HE requirements.
• Positioning our services to Government/ Non-Government bodies
• Participate in tenders, apply for the relevant tenders and work on them for closure
• Industry networking
Functional/Technical skills:
• Experience in leading Business Development functions (Higher Education)
• Exposure to Online Education/Regulations/Industry etc
• Should have led a multi-locational team
• Language – English, Hindi, and Regional Languages (Good to have)
• Knowledge of LMS, ERP & SIS
Behavioural skills:
• Self-starter and a go-getter
• Aggressive, target-oriented sales professional
• Excellent communication skills – written and oral (English)
• Good negotiation and presentation skills
• Should be willing to take up extensive travel in the region, if needed
