– Strong telecom background with 7 to 10 years in business analysis, Large Telco transformation programs

– Should have experience in OSS/BSS.

– Analyze current state, propose and define future states, producing analysis and insights to achieve Digital transformation objectives

– Elicit and analyze requirements and articulate them to technology and other functional areas

– Has experience in articulating business requirements for fulfillment, assurance and billing/payments domains

– Analyze as is and design to be business processes , envision customer journey transformation

– Write user stories, identify use cases , create business cases

– Perform best practice analysis activities that can help values streams deliver business capabilities

– Work with Product owners to refine backlog and identify solutions that are aligned with the Digital transformation strategy

– Facilitate cross-team collaboration to visualize and prioritize outcomes

– Experience and sound knowledge of eTOM frameworks and apply them to requirements analysis

– Experience in prepaid and postpaid areas, good knowledge of COTS products

– Has worked in Agile delivery, good knowledge of E2E delivery cycle, Managing requirements in Jira, Confluence

– Has experience with process design experience with tools like ARIS and Visio

– Having worked in Postpaid would be an added advantage

Education – MBA/ B.Tech
