• Planning of the teaching programme including an orientation programme in consultation with the HOD Academics.
• Planning for students’ Practical experience, ward assignments and trainings in consultation with the HOD
• Planning of curriculum with the cooperation and collaboration of the HOD
• Teaching classroom and clinical
• Preparation for classes and demonstration, displays of educational material on the notice
• Guidance to students in methods of study and use of reference books and library, individual attention to students when necessary, including individual assignments.
• Conduct of periodical and terminal
• Organization of seminars, panel discussion, debates etc.
• Ensuring that students who go in for examination fulfil all requirements.
• Organizing recreational and social programmes.
• Oversee students’ lab and clinical
• Mentor & counsel the students for job
• Collaborate with other professionals to refine nursing program
• Grading coursework and evaluating clinical lab
• Participating in professional associations and representing their educational
• Maintenance of Permanent/cumulative record of Staying up-to-date with clinical trends.
• Maintain inventory of medical equipment for training and impart appropriate
