Qualification: B.Sc. in dialysis technician or Medical Graduate with three years of experience in dialysis centre/department or BSc. nursing/ GNM with five years of experience in the dialysis centre/department.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Planning of the teaching program including an orientation program in consultation with the HOD (Academics)
• Planning for students’ Practical experience, ward assignments in consultation with the HOD (Academics)
• Planning of curriculum with the cooperation and collaboration of HOD (Academics)
• Conducting classroom and practical training and assessments
• Providing proper guidance and mentoring the students in the theory and practical sessions
• Organization of seminars, panel discussion, debates and other recreational activities
• Participating in professional associations and representing their educational institution
• Staying up-to-date with clinical trends.
• Maintain inventory of medical equipment for training and impart appropriate knowledge.
• Any other academic or non-academic duties given by the director.
