Main
Responsibilities in the classroom is to help his/her student:

• Collaborating with parents,
  psychologists and designer –understand the core learning and care needs of the child from the
  parents and the therapists.
• Implement ILAP as suggested
  by the designer and KLAY team to provide the requisite safe and learning
  environment to the child the stakeholders.
• Take care of the specific
  feed/nap requirements of the child.
• Record the developmental
  progress and challenges faced if any.
• Share feedback with the
  stakeholders on the decided frequency.
• Stay focused – incase of
  incidents or any challenges, takes appropriate actions and report to all
  the stakeholders.
• Participate in the PTC along
  with the assessor.
• Participate appropriately in
  ILAP zone.
