Functional/Technical Skills

  • Should have worked with edtech organisation in Operations as a team leader.
  • Familiarisation with online learning, LMS application and academic delivery
  • Should be able to process and execute the student academic life cycle Management as per programmes of HEI.
  • Should carry the ability to govern projects/clients’ requirements with regular feedback and cadence on academic and learning requirements.
  • Should be able to think innovatively in engaging the learner through various initiatives and enhance digital engagement.
  • Exposure to Higher education program delivery is preferred.
  • Good organizational skills with sound execution competencies on the program delivery of multifarious projects

Behavioural skills: Communication skills/ Team leading.

  • Should be able to handhold and lead multiple projects with regular monitoring, governance and service delivery perspectives on academic affairs.
  • Self-motivated, dynamic and a solution providing bent of mind and action.
  • Multi- tasking and good team management skills with ability to motivate others and meet right timelines.
  • Client relationship and service delivery mandates efficiency and effectiveness

Role And Responsibilities

  • To lead the Academic & Learning services for ICT enabled programmes for our Partner Universities
  • Student learning success management with enhanced learning engagement and initiatives for academic progression.
  • Manage the academic calendar of the client university and execute effective online programs delivery.
  • Effective LMS platform usage administration and quick resolving of student queries with respect to learning.
  • Webinars, live sessions scheduling and execution, doubt clearing sessions etc to be planned and executed.
  • Sourcing, Management of SME and domain experts for various engagements
  • Training of teams, new projects in the platform for various academic requirements.
  • Maintaining all updated reports and analytics as required
