Role & responsibilities

Role : Sales Trainer

Location: Bangalore,Amritsar,Ahmedabad, Delhi ,Hyderabad, Vijayawada ,Bhubaneshwar ,Ahmedabad ,Haryana ,Trivandrum ,Amritsar ,Coimbatore,Chennai,Noida

Reporting to: Master Trainer

CTC Offer : 3LPA to 5.5 LPA

Experience level : 4 to 30yrs

• Having Experience Analytical trainer with background in classroom and online training delivery
• Should Have Strong experience in Product Training, selling & home appliance & consumer durable and Electronic devices.
• Motivated Trainer with 1 years of progressive experience
• Conduct product demonstrations and On the Job training.
• Conduct training sessions – Sales/Behaviour/Product
• Coach/Groom In store promoters (ISPs)
• Conduct Minimum 2 classroom training in a month.
• Observe the ISP (In Store Promoters) and take notes on observations made.
• Provide the Feedback on the observations made.
• Conduct store visits – 5 stores daily.
• Category A Stores – 2 visits per month, Category B Stores – 1 Visit per month, Category C Stores – 1 visit every alternate month. (Ratio A:B:C = 30:30:40)
• Have to travel to stores within the base district and in the districts around the base location. It involves outstation travel & stay in locations where there are Category C stores.
• Total of 100 ISPs in 50 odd stores under each trainer.
• Report findings to the Master trainers
• Create Monthly Journey Plan (MJP) on 25th of Every month for the subsequent month.
