Full Job Description
Role and Responsibilities:
Your role would be of a Sales Counsellor who would be required to sell the training programs of
Teamlease Edtech pertaining to the IT and non IT industry.
a) Conversion of leads for certification programs received through various marketing
channels
b) Maintaining a constant communication channel with leads through phone, email, chat,
and social media during the pre and post-sales processes
c) Owning the complete sales closing life cycle for leads assigned to you. This includes
Interest creation, product demonstration, sales closing, and post-sales relationship
management.
d) Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales
pipeline
e) Meet and overachieve the given weekly, monthly and quarterly target in terms of
revenue as well as number of enrolments.
f) Handle Objections and Price Negotiation in order to generate Sales Revenue.
g) Regular follow up with new and existing customers
h) Inbound and Outbound customer calls and converts them into sales
i) Maintain, build and update calling/mailing databases
j) Understand the customer requirement and pass on the insights towards the Product
portfolio improvement based on customer interaction/feedback

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
