Role Description The Team Leader (ed-tech) at SEOAK will oversee day-to-day academic and operational activities for IT training programs, ensuring high-quality delivery and learner satisfaction. This full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad involves leading and mentoring a team of instructors and coordinators, monitoring performance, and providing regular feedback and support. The role includes planning and managing training schedules, aligning curriculum execution with industry standards, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to resolve issues promptly. The Team Leader will troubleshoot learner and team challenges, track progress, and implement improvements in teaching methods, content delivery, and classroom engagement. In addition, the role involves collaborating on new course initiatives, contributing to process documentation, and ensuring that all activities meet SEOAK’s quality and compliance standards.
Qualifications

• Strong team leadership and team management skills, with experience guiding, motivating, and developing diverse teams.
• Hands-on experience in project management, including planning, prioritizing tasks, and delivering outcomes within timelines.
• Practical background in software development or IT training, with the ability to review content and support technical instruction.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting operational, academic, and learner-related issues, with a solution-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, preferably within an ed-tech or training environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications in project management or education are a plus.
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, with a commitment to learner success and continuous improvement of training programs.
• 6 months to 2 years experience preferred
