Lajja’s School of English specializes in spoken English, phonetics, ESOL, personality development, and confidence-building programs for children and adults. Our approach focuses on interactive, activity-based learning that helps students communicate confidently in English.
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident individuals to join our team as Part-Time English Teaching Assistants. This role is ideal for college students, freshers, or anyone looking for a structured part-time opportunity in teaching and student engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist teachers during English learning sessions
- Support children through interactive and activity-based learning
- Encourage student participation and communication in English
- Help maintain a positive and engaging classroom environment
- Assist with classroom activities and student interaction
Requirements
- Good spoken and written English skills
- Interest in teaching and working with children
- Energetic, patient, and creative personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage students through fun and interactive learning methods
Compensation
₹100–₹135 per hour (approximately ₹300–₹400 per 3-hour session).
Final compensation will depend on interview performance and communication skills.
