Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Teaching Assistant based in Bengaluru. The Teaching Assistant will support classroom activities, assist in the delivery of lessons, and provide one-on-one or small group instruction to students. Responsibilities include helping students with assignments, clarifying concepts, maintaining classroom organization, and assisting the teacher in monitoring student progress and behavior. Collaboration with educators and fostering a positive learning environment are key components of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Assistant Teaching and a passion for working with children
• Proficiency in subject matter instruction, particularly in Mathematics
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Background in Education, with teaching or assistant teaching experience preferred
• Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and families
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
• Patience, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset
