This role will own the complete teacher development journey—from onboarding and certification to classroom readiness, performance improvement, and trainer development. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teacher coaching, learning excellence, and building scalable training programs that drive classroom quality and student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and own structured training programs for teachers across Coding, Math, Robotics, and Communication programs.
• Lead onboarding, certification, demo readiness, paid class readiness, refresher training, and performance-based retraining.
• Develop training content, assessments, SOPs, readiness frameworks, and certification processes.
• Use quality audits, teacher performance data, and feedback to create targeted training interventions.
• Build and maintain training repositories, dashboards, and performance tracking systems.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance training effectiveness and trainer productivity.
• Partner closely with Academic Operations, Quality, Hiring, and Customer Success teams.
• Lead and develop trainers while ensuring consistency and excellence in training delivery.

What We’re Looking For:

• 4–7 years of experience in Teacher Training, Learning & Development, Academic Operations, or Capability Building.
• Strong understanding of pedagogy, online classroom delivery, and teacher coaching.
• Experience designing and managing teacher training programs.
• Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory. B.Ed, M.Ed, Instructional Design, or Training Certifications are an added advantage.
• Prior experience in EdTech, K-12, or live online learning environments is preferred.
