Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other in-person trainings , online or recorded format.
- End to end administration of the Learning Management system (LMS).
- Track & resolve the queries raised by the employees related to trainings & the LMS.
- Social Media Content, including email, social media posts( Facebook, Youtube twitter etc), and articles.
- Able to drive research work and frame questions to assess teachers ability as per school standards.
Requirements:
- Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills and negotiation skills with a good ability to build relations.
- Strong presentation skills & hands-on experience of Google drive and MS office.
- Strong organization and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge & experience in Educational sector and proven contribution to the L&D function of a fast growing company will be an added advantage.
