Responsibilities:

  1. Provide strategic leadership and vision for the school, setting goals and objectives that align with the school’s mission and educational standards.
  2. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs that promote a positive learning environment and ensure compliance with educational regulations and guidelines.
  3. Lead, mentor, and support a team of teachers and staff, fostering a collaborative and professional work culture focused on continuous improvement.
  4. Oversee the recruitment, selection, and professional development of teachers and staff, promoting their growth and ensuring their adherence to professional standards.
  5. Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and guardians, promoting effective communication, addressing concerns, and maintaining a supportive and inclusive school community.
  6. Manage the school’s budget and resources effectively, allocating funds to support instructional needs, infrastructure improvements, and other educational priorities.
  7. Collaborate with the governing body, educational authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and educational standards.
