Job Description:

We are looking for a Marketing Director who will lead the marketing efforts for our Warehousing Division. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the logistics industry, a proven track record in creating and executing successful marketing strategies, and the ability to drive brand awareness and business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy and plan for the Warehousing Division.
• Create and manage marketing campaigns that target our key customer segments.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
• Drive brand awareness and establish our company as a market leader in warehousing services.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
• Lead and develop a marketing team to execute on marketing plans and initiatives.
• Oversee the production of marketing collateral, digital content, and advertising materials.
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Manage the marketing budget effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience in marketing leadership roles within the logistics or warehousing industry.
• Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, including digital marketing, content marketing, and traditional marketing channels.
