Leading the Training needs analysis efforts both from an individual employee as well as organizational intervention perspectives.
So that every level and every category of employee’s professional competence.
Six sigma black belt with international hotel experience, Responsible to ensure the proper training of all staff and supervisors and supervisors from the Hotel
Planning, coordinating and executing the functional/technical learning
Desired Candidate Profile:
Preferably hire from relevant Cloud& SaaS companies only
Knowlarity/Gupshup, Ozonetel, Airtel/Voda (B2B Cloud), Karix, Exotel, Mavenir etc).
This will be primarily for driving product/digital trainings and certification preparedness for all functions along with rest of the capability building.
