benchmarking Responsibilities:

· Product design, development & validation

· CAD preparation, TPL creation, DML releases

· DCR creation along with change part list

· Benchmarking & Tear-down

· Cost reduction & cost management

· Added advantage if having knowledge of spot welding (AB3)

· Manage a team of engineers & allocation of work

· Product design, freezing layout & packaging

· Release RFQ, with technical inputs & product characteristics

· Co-ordination with supplier, finalizing technical scope,

preparing synopsis

· Interaction with various department

· Preparation of Design Guidelines
