Location of Posting: Ludhiana, Punjab

Employment Type: Fixed-Term Contract (Renewal on a yearly basis)

Key Deliverables:

  • Implementation of Education Project in Ludhiana.
  • Contribute in planning of; IT & English learning program, Green School Initiative & other similar projects.
  • Development of microenterprise for the socio-economic development of the marginalized communities.
  • Strengthening of social institutions.
  • Collaborate with environmental experts to implement sustainable practices in the community.
  • Organize plantation drives, waste management, and conservation projects to improve the local environment.
  • Educate community members on environmental awareness and best practices.
  • Stakeholder Management, build and maintain strong relationships with local community leaders, government officials, and other stakeholders.
  • Represent the company at community meetings, forums, and public events.
  • Address community concerns, feedback, and grievances in a timely and effective manner.
  • Prepare regular reports on community development initiatives, including progress, impact, and challenges.
  • Maintaining MIS of all Projects.
  • Any other additional responsibility.

Minimum Qualification:

For Assistant Manager : Graduation (Social Work/ Rural Development or equivalent).

Minimum No. of years of experience: 3 years in Rural / Community Development

  • Ability to engage across stakeholder groups, peers, and communities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative approach
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and sensitive to diversity.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Project Planning, Management
  • Dexterous with MS-Office
  • Financial Management in relation to CSR guidelines and constitutional framework
  • Good drafting skills in relation to community development-related project proposals
  • Good communication (English, Punjabi & Hindi), interpersonal, and negotiation skills are also essential.
