Education & Eligibility Criteria:
Service Desk Lead – Job Description:
1) Should have overall experience of 8+ years with one year of dealing with End customers as customer service
2) Should have managed a HR Helpdesk team of around 20-25 FTE
3) Should possess ability to manage escalations, manage process, and guide peers on HR transactions and help them achieve high accuracy and timeliness.
4) The role also requires the incumbent to interface with clients and help resolve and eliminate causes of operational issues that may arise.
5) Should have understanding of HR functions like Payroll & Employee data management
6) Preferably experienced in transition of helpdesk and documentation of SOP’s
Work Force Management Analyst – Job Description:
1) Overall work experience of 5+ years in the HR domain specifically managing all areas within HR Transaction services scope.
Experience in handling Clients: escalations and reviews as well as daily interactions.
2) Should have experience in dealing with Providing data for Payroll, Govt. Regulations
3) Should have interacted with Customer for metrics and tracking
4) Should have handled a team of 10+ associates for a client
Ability to communicate with upstream and downstream partners to drive day to day operations.
5) Preferred experience of handling client escalations
6) Preferred experience on Country regulations
7) Preferable experience on multiple HR systems incl. SuccessFactors
Payroll Lead – Job Description:
1) Overall work experience of 10+ years in HR and Payroll domain specifically managing all areas within HR Transaction services scope.
Experience in handling Clients: escalations and reviews as well as daily interactions.
2) Should have experience in dealing with Providing data for Payroll, Govt. Regulations
3) Should have interacted with Customer for metrics and tracking
4) Should have handled a team of 15+ associates for a client
Ability to communicate with upstream and downstream partners to drive day to day operations.
5) Preferred experience of handling client escalations
6) Preferred experience on Country regulations
7) Preferable experience on multiple HR systems incl. SAP, SuccessFactors, Kronos
Learning & Development Lead – Job Description
1) Overall work experience of 10+ years within HR operations
2) Should have interacted with Customer for Transformations, building business, Shared services
3) Must have experience in managing Core L&D process with experience as leader for a large team for a global customer
