Job Summary:

Role : Payroll – Team Member

Experience: 1 – 8 Years

Job Location: Mumbai

Education and Eligibility Criteria: –

Minimum 15 years of regular education (10th + 12th + 3 years Graduation).

Not more than 2 years of gap in Graduation or Employment.

Commerce Graduate (B.Com) preferred

Need to be comfortable with night shift and rotational shifts.

Job Description:

HRO Payroll – Team Member

• Experience in any of the HR/Payroll activities e.g.
• Employee Data Management
• Payroll (Timesheet / Tax / Payroll Audit / Post payroll reporting)
• Compensation & Benefits Administration
• Hands on experience of MS office tools
• Sound understanding of Six Sigma concepts
• Payroll Processing
• Post Payroll reporting.
• Employee query resolution
• Helpdesk communication

Experience: 4 – 11 Years

Job Location: Mumbai

Education and Eligibility Criteria: –

Minimum 15 years of regular education (10th + 12th + 3 years Graduation).

Not more than 2 years of gap in Graduation or Employment.

Commerce Graduate/Postgraduate preferred

Need to be comfortable with night shift and rotational shifts.

Job Description:

HRO Payroll – Senior Team Member

• 5-6 years of Transactional and Tactical HRO experience
• Hands-on experience of performing US or International EDM-WFA /Time Management / Taxes / Payroll / Compensation & Benefits Admin. / working experience on Workday / Peoplesoft or any HR / Timekeeping / Payroll ERPs
• Effective client communication
• Experience in Daily performance / Metrics reporting to stakeholders
• Conduct quality checks and maintain high quality standards
• Maintenance of process Metrics and Reporting.
