Job Summary:

Experience Required:

• Overall 4-8 years of experience in Team Leading
• Should have knowledge of all Team Leading activities like (Shrinkage, Attrition, SLA management, Team handling, KPI etc.)
• Should have worked in Insurance process (Life and Pensions, Annuities would be preferrable)
• Should be flexible to work in any shifts.

• Domain– Insurance (L&P)

Eligibility criteria –

• 15 years full time education (No Correspondence).
• Excellent communication skills should be able to clearly articulate.
• All educational and employment documents are mandatory at the time of joining.
• Ready to work in any shifts

Mode of salary credit should be through bank from all the employers (No cash in hand).
