Experience: 1-6 Years

Shift Timings: 1:30 AM -3:30 PM

Must Have:

Excellent Communication skill in English

To understand and resolve customer queries accurately

To adhere to the AHT – Average Handle Time

To ensure routing and escalating queries to correct department wherever required

To ensure CSAT – Customer Satisfaction target is met Basic Knowledge in Ms tools, CRM Tools
