act as a point contact for businesses on finance related matters including pricing support finacial reporting liasoning with Finance CoEs etc to drive business objectives
support strategic decisions by means of sound business analysis through business modeling opportunity risk assessments scenario analysis business insights etc
Bring in relevant insights by collaborating with CoEs and bringing best practices in costing pricing and Capex evaluation
Drive and execute organizational and performance improvements by means of a strategically aligned plan geared towards supporting business in meeting its imperatives and based on understanding of TCLs competitive position

Broad outline of the Role

Conduct ground level activities like invoice claim processing etc Has previous work experience in one or more sub functions of Finance to allow them to apply their knowledge efficiently and work productively with broad instruction Regularly participates in projects or activities as a contributing team member Assists supervisor to identify important issues or risks and providing feedback for improvement changes in methods teachniques Seeks the approriate level of guidance and advice to ensure delivery of quality outcomes Operational role which is responsible for delivering results that have direct impact on the achievement of results within the job area Conducts activities such as preliminary research analytics and documentation Works under direct supervision Actively acquires more skills techniques operating practices knowledge of abstract concepts in order to progress towards proficiency in the field of specialisation Has skills and knowledge that will allow them to adapt to effecively deal with unfamiliar issues challenges problems within their field of specialisation Education CA ICWA MBA Other equivalent qualification Experience 2 5 years
