1. Responsible to identify the need for training

• Interacting with employees
• Get together meet

2. Responsible to give training for clients

• Collect the information about clients who undergo training
• Deciding the training topics
• Deciding the constraints ( time, accommodation, budgeting, etc..)

3. Responsible to Bridge the gap between internal client and external client

• Offering employees the chance to socialize with colleagues at organized team, team building activities.
• Operating an open door policy
• Providing high quality training and development

Should be fluent in Spoken, and Written Marathi and English Languages.

Should have hands on expertise on MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
