• The ability to exemplify the characteristics of outstanding teaching and learning practices
• Competent ICT (Microsoft) skills

• A minimum of 5 years of Teaching experience

Desirable Criteria

• Experience of teaching the Cambridge Primary curriculum, English National curriculum or IB PYP curriculum
• Experience of leading a subject area or significant whole school responsibility
• Experience of designing and implementing strong systems of care for younger pupils
• Living, teaching or volunteer work in a different culture.
