Talentstack Consulting Hiring for Corporate Trainer Job at Gurgaon Full Time

Role & responsibilities:

1. Needs Analysis & Training Design: Conduct a thorough analysis of training needs by liaising with key company individuals. Design and implement bespoke training modules based on these needs.

2. Technical Training: Develop in-depth training sessions on curtain and blind motorization, installation procedures, drilling techniques, and correct hardware utilization.

3. Soft Skills Training: Design and facilitate modules on communication, relationship-building,

client handling, and other essential interpersonal skills, emphasizing the luxury customer experience.

4. Documentation: Systematically document all technical and non-technical training materials,

ensuring they are current and accessible for reference.

5. Continuous Learning: Monitor the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and

assessments. Continuously update and refine training modules based on industry trends, technological advancements, and feedback.

6. Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP): Use principles of NLP to enhance the communication and persuasion skills of the teams, ensuring a harmonious and effective client interaction.

7. Collaboration: Work closely with senior management and department heads to align training objectives with business goals.

8. Feedback & Improvement: Implement a robust feedback system to assess the effectiveness of training modules and ensure iterative improvement.

9. Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring there ingrained with the company & ethos and technical requirements from day one.

Experience:

1. Bachelor & or Master & degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related

field from a top-tier institute.

2. Certified training qualifications and NLP certification would be an added advantage.

3. Minimum of 2 years & experience with a specific focus on technical training.

4. Trainer will be providing training to CRM, Sales, Installation etc.

Location – Gurugram

Overall Experience – 2 to 4 years

Work days/ Timings- Timing: 9.30 am to 6 pm, Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday off)
