We are hiring for HR – Talent Management for a startup based in Gurgaon.

Job responsibilities:

– Develop and manage performance management systems to drive a high-performance culture.

– Design and implement leadership development interventions including Mentoring, Coaching, Training programs, cross functional roles, project-based roles and Subject Matter Experts to suit needs at various levels.

– Drive a learning culture across the Group by influencing and working closely with senior leaders and line managers and devising the requisite systems and processes

– Design competency mapping for diverse roles in varied functions of the business.

– Promote and reinforce the culture of rewarding and recognizing the right behaviours. Identify and design appropriate tools for rewarding and recognizing employees.

– Manage all levels of stakeholders demonstrating strong business partnering skills, accountability for the delivery of fit for purpose solutions and the ability to challenge, influence and make informed recommendations on an ongoing basis

– Be the custodian of people data reporting within the company

– Design frameworks that govern people data capture and consumption.

– Ensure dashboarding around key people KPIs as per established framework. Track and report key people KPIs regularly

Previous Experience & Knowledge required:

– Startup experience is mandatory for at least 2 – 3 years

– Minimum Level of Education Required – Post Graduate or equivalent experience Preferably MBA

– Proven ability to interpret as well as challenge customer needs and translate these into a coherent programme of work that will drive business performance.

– Strong analytical, quantitative, and technical skills that enables the HR Team to leverage data to create HR strategies that support and drives business results.

– Strong negotiation and influence skills with stakeholders at all levels

– Strong track record of project management skills and expertise across complex projects.

– Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

– Financial acumen with the ability to clearly assess the cost implications and business impact of proposed learning solutions

– The ability to work successfully in a very fast paced environment with the need to manage constant change

– The ability to deal with ambiguity – ready to change gears and plans quickly.
