Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s / Diploma Degree from an accredited university in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management/ Business Administration, or related field.
• 3 – 4 years of experience in the guest services, front desk, or related professional area in a 5 star hotels/ palaces.

• Ensuring and Providing Exceptional Guest Services
