CTC: 30000 to 35000 per month

Job Description –

As an academic counsellor she will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. She should be comfortable of making dozens of calls per day. She will be responsible to manage and convert leads for versatile programs of the company.

Roles & Responsibilities –

In-depth information to prospective learners this includes counselling through phone, email, chat, and social media. Details pertaining to lead discussion and conversation should be updated real time on CRM {salesforce} software. Responsible for adherence of the inside sales process, tools and data management.
