Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Haldwani. The Business Development Manager’s primary responsibility is to manage the sales and marketing of SWEEDU’s products and services. The Business Development Manager will be expected to identify new business opportunities, develop and maintain relationships with clients, lead sales efforts, and drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales, preferably in the Education Technology industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Experience with CRM, Sales Pipeline Management and Sales Analytics Tools
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize competing demands
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience with SaaS-based products and services is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams.
