Role & responsibilities
1. Calling & Following up with potential MAKEACAREER learners to propagate MAKEACAREERs mission of providing career advancement opportunities.
2. Owning the complete sales closing life cycle for leads assigned to you. This includes Interest creation, product demonstration, sales closing, and post sales relationship management.
3. Maintaining a constant communication channel with leads through phone, email, chat and social media during the pre and post-sales processes.
4. Maintaining a detailed record of all the interactions.
5. Able to convert Leads in to Admission.
6. Evaluation of the subject matter of the courses & implementation
7.Keeping the record of the data and documents.
