Roles & Responsibilities:
- The role of cluster operations manager is to run the operations of 15-20 large and 100+ small systems in each cluster
- PL: You would be responsible for the production (revenue) and expenses of the cluster.
- Team Management: Responsible for hiring, training, and growth of the team members (4-5 Direct and 50+indirect)
- Plan: Planning and implementing for new activation/launch of Hotel operations. Also manage and plan inventories for all the sites.
- Report: Daily/weekly reporting of numbers to upper management
- Visits: Regular visits to all the sites
- Designing Improving Processes: For scaling up the business, we need standard processes for clusters
- Experimentation: Try the opportunities in a controlled environment, study the results and present the same.
- Stakeholder Management: Interact with relevant stakeholders to effectively manage the operations of the clusters.
Requirements:
- Ownership: Setting up a new business requires taking very high ownership and hard work
- Comfortable with change: Open to trying new things. Enjoy ambiguity and uncertainty, a core multi-tasker at heart
- Communication: Comfortable in communicating with internal and external stakeholders
- Hands-on Attitude: You should be someone ready to roll up your sleeves and get the hands dirty
- Problem-solving: Dissecting the problem and solving the parts
- Data Analytics: Should be good at making sense out of numbers. Moderate excel/google sheets skills required
- Qualification: Graduated from top business/engineering institutes.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Any graduate with minimum 5 years of experience in Retail industry.Should have experience of handling team of 5-6 direct repartee’s. Minimum 3 years of experience in handling a Cluster or territory, well versed with using MS excel.Good at data analysis, an unbiased team player

Salary: ₹300,000.00 – ₹480,000.00 per year
