
SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS)
A Faculty member is expected to undertake responsibilities in:

The candidate can have either Educator or professional experience. He/ she should demonstrate skills in:
- Social Media Management, AI, Digital Advertising, Analytics, Digital tools, Mobile Marketing, Social Platforms, Media planning and buying, Video production, and SEO/SEM.
- Teaching experience at the university level is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifying Criteria – Assistant Professor:
a. A Master ‘s degree with 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point-scale wherever the grading system is followed) in concerned / relevant discipline from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university.
OR
b. A candidate has been awarded a Ph.D. Degree in accordance with the University Grants Commission (Minimum Standards and Procedure for Award of M.Phil./Ph.D. Degree) Regulations, 2009 or 2016 may be exempted from NET/SLET/SET.
AND
c. Minimum 2 SCI Publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals
d. Without prejudice to the above, the following conditions may be considered desirable:
i) Ph.D preferred with entry-level 2 years’ experience is desirable but not mandatory.
ii) The candidate has presented at least two papers based on his/her Ph.D. work in conferences/seminars sponsored/funded/supported by the UGC/ICSSR/CSIR or any similar agency.
Published work may include books, Research Periodical, Ph.D. guidance, Consultancy projects, and a patent filed.
Pay Scales: As per UGC guidelines; but will not be a constraint for the right candidate.
