Responsibilities:

• Weld Process Engineering: Kaizen in existing process, Line trial for new Model introduction
• Weld shop layout preparation, Jig Planning sheet preparing for new jigs, modification jigs
• Validation of Cycle Time of each station during Line trial
• Confirmation of Spot Positions &Weld Quality by performing destructive & Non-Destructive test.
• Prepare Robot teaching plan for spot position accuracy in trial Local Equipment plan and spec sheet preparation and procurement Line tact up plan preparation and robot teaching
• Carry out trial and validation for pallet, trolley for material handling
• Installation and commissioning of Jigs, equipment, line as per schedule
• Prepare nugget sheet, drawings for weld body destructive test.
• Update new weld parameters to controller for new model, RM change trial

Specific Functional Skills Required – Welding Process Engineering, Basics of Jigs and Fixtures, Geometric Dimensioning and tolerancing, PPAP, ISO 9001 Quality systems, Machine design fundamentals,

3D software working experience (NX/ CATIA), AutoCAD is preferable.
