Should be able to establish relationship with operations team and clients to receive feedback on Training and delivery.

Qualification:- GraduationExperience:- Generate training related MIS.

Identify Training Need, handling client escalations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate with Good Communication in English

Experience : Minimum 1 yr Experience Required as a Process Trainer

Candidate should have worked as a Process Trainer in previous/current job role on papers.

Should be flexible and willing to work in shifts.

Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills, process ownership, ensure trainees quality performance.
