• Conduct needs analysis to identify gaps in employee performance and develop targeted training solutions.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms.
• Design and deliver training programs for soft skills development, focusing on communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-5 years of experience in corporate training or a related field.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and methodologies (e.g., ADDIE model).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
