- Own end to end campus hiring activities.
- Administer all on/off campus recruitment; prepare appropriate strategies for all campus events and interview processes.
- Coordinate and maintain relationships with department heads, alumni and staff and provide interface to all.
- Ideate & design presentations to campuses to project Sutherland Global Services as an Employer of choice.
- Engage, Interact & Analyze performance of all campus hires periodically and compare efficiency of strategies. Identify performance trends of recruits based on campus.
- Analyze all campus records and demographics on periodic basis.
- Assist all stakeholders to select appropriate candidate and serve as a primary contact for all. Also ensure policy compliance.
- Develop and maintain professional contacts with campuses and students.
- Maintain knowledge on all market attributes and assist departments to prepare long term campus hiring strategies.
- Design appropriate strategies and monitor effective implementation of all plans according to procedures.
- Supervise the sources to build candidate pipeline.
- Increase campus network to cater to org requirements.
Qualification & Skill sets Required
Our most successful candidates will have:
- Strong experience in BPO hiring especially in Campus Recruitment
- Have good experience in managing a team of recruiters
- Good English Communication skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, be able to communicate in a clear, constructive and professional manner .
- Reliability in following through with commitments and responsibilities – The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to efficiently manage time and keep track of multiple schedules, meetings and initiatives – Proficiency to work in MS Office
