INSIDESALES COUNSELLOR

We are lookingfor resultoriented and motivated Inside Sales Specialists /Counsellors who can develop strong technical knowledge about oureducational products industry and customer base to support thecustomers purchase decisions. Additionally the candidates will berequired to effectively prospect qualify and generate new sales tomeet or exceed revenue goals.
This role provides fastgrowth opportunities to leadership positions as long as topperformance is delivered exemplary teamwork and leadershippotential aredemonstrated.

Responsibilities

• Builda thorough technical understanding of Suraasa products and helppotential customers in understanding what we have to offer througheffective articulation
• Engage with potentialcustomers identify their key pain points and create personalizedgrowth journeys for every customer to help them purchase productsto meet their career objectives
• Counsel leadson their personal growth prospects in the education industry
• Maintain excellent and supportive rapport withall leads
• Follow up after the sale to ensurecustomer satisfaction and gain referrals
• Stayon top of market trends and participate in brainstorming sessionswith the sales team to come up with new growthstrategies
• Use CRM to track leads and managepipelines daily
• Achieve monthly targets andunlock fast growth opportunities within the department eventuallymanaging own sales team(s) andbeyond

QualificationCriteria

• 2 years ofexperience working in Sales or Marketing in EdTech space(preferable but not required) or 12 years of experience in Academiccounselling/school counselling/clinicalcounselling
• Excellent verbal communicationskills strong conversationalist and wellversed inEnglish
• Strong negotiation and objectionhandling skills with the ability to work withindeadlines
• Ability to work independently and asa part of a team while always maintaining a professionalclientoriented attitude
• Understand thelandscape of the Education Industry and the current needs ofteachers and school leaders
• Proficient withMicrosoft Office / Google Documents and CRMsystems
