Role & responsibilities

• Designing and following a full schedule of activities: Teachers plan engaging activities for children, balancing both logical and social exercises.
• Providing basic care and caregiving activities: They attend to childrens needs, ensuring their well-being.
• Using suitable teaching material: Teachers employ a wide range of teaching methods, such as storytelling, media, indoor or outdoor games, and drawing, to enhance childrens abilities.
• Evaluating children’s performance: They track children’s progress and ensure they are on the right learning track.
• Remaining in constant communication with parents: Daycare Teachers update parents on their children’s progress.
• Observing children’s interactions and promoting harmony: They encourage positive interactions among children.
• Identifying behavioral problems and determining appropriate action: Daycare Teachers address any behavioral issues that arise.
• Collaborating with colleagues: They work together with other staff members to create a supportive environment.

Preferred candidate profile

• Preferably Looking for candidates in close proximity to the Sunwise Edcare centers.
• Degree in early education/childcare
• Fluency in English
• Passionate about teaching young children
