Job Description

1. Statutory Audit of Companies (including Listed companies), LLPs etc.

2. Income Tax Audits

3. Tax Planning, Tax Management and client consultancy

4. Income Tax Assessment proceedings, Appellate Proceedings & other Income Tax matters

Qualifications

1. Chartered Accountant

2. Semi Qualified Chartered Accountant
