Trainer Job Summary :
– We are looking for an organized and experienced Sales trainer to join our team with relevant experience and passion to grow and explore.
As a Sales trainer in Sulekha, You will be :
– Responsible for delivering new hire training programme which will help our new hires feel more valued, better understand their role, and increase their productivity and performance
– Conducting skills gap analyses through Audits, Call observations & Assessments
– Preparing learning material and evaluating results after each training session
– Conduct interventions or coaching session basis TNA
– Conduct Product & revival training sessions for new and current sales personnel
– For this role, you will work closely with our salespeople to identify challenges they face on-the-job and recommend ways to increase productivity
Trainer Requirements and Qualifications :
– Bachelor’s degree in education, business, human resources, information technology, or related field
– Certification from talent and training associations a plus
– Minimum Two (2) years- previous experience as a trainer, corporate training specialist, or related position
– Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel),and instructional software
– Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
– Organized and able to create multiple timelines, budgets, and schedules
