Who are we looking for:
Role: Account Manager
Qualification: B.Tech, MTech, BCA, MCA
Experience: 2-5 years
Location: Noida
Mandatory Skills:
- 2-5 years of experience in the IT services industry. Relevant experience of 2+ years in Account Management.
- Experience in IT Services is mandatory.
- Experience in Team Management.
- Experience in handling clients from the US/UK.
- Ability to drive key business targets directly within the team and amongst other key stakeholders using KPIs.
- Excellent communication skills with dynamic decision-making abilities in a high-paced, high-growth, and delivery-oriented environment
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop a trusted advisory relationship with accounts, customer stakeholders, and Internal partners.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions That meet their objectives.
- Run quarterly business reviews with existing clients.
- Perform account mining to grow current revenue streams.
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timelymannerr.
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting Relationships.
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders Using key account metrics. operate as the primary point of contact for key account Stakeholders.
- Prepare and guarantee monthly quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
