Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Subject Matter Expert located in Patna. The Subject Matter Expert will be responsible for providing in-depth knowledge and expertise in their specific domain. Key responsibilities include creating and reviewing content, solving complex subject-related queries, developing instructional materials, mentoring students, and collaborating with teams to enhance curriculum effectiveness. The role also involves staying updated with the latest developments in the relevant field to ensure the accuracy and quality of the material.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in a specific subject area, demonstrated by relevant academic or professional achievements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to produce clear, concise, and effective content
- Proven experience with content creation, review, and developing learning materials
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for addressing complex subject-related queries
- Experience in teaching, mentoring, or training is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in leveraging technology for educational purposes is an advantage
- Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field is preferred; exceptional candidates with bachelor’s degrees and extensive experience will also be considered
