Roles and Responsibilities

1. Resolving queries posted by USA student
2. Managing portals and online QA sessions
3. Authoring content for US textbooks
4. Learning new software such as MathType through KT sessions and working on cutting-edge projects
5. Learning about new teaching methodologies and preparing learning objectives for any course
6. Reviewing the content developed by fellow workers for quality improvement
7. Training resources
8. Engaging in content creation, content review, and context fixing for US/Australian textbooks

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Candidates should have knowledge of computer languages like C++, Python, Java, PHP from Moderate Level – Higher Level
2. Written and spoken English is a must.
3. Candidate should be available for 9 hr continues shift
4. Candidate with prior experience in the same profile will be preferred.
