Job brief

We are looking for highly experience and qualified subject head – English who could professionally manage teams and get the deliverables timely, making the process of teaching and learning a success. The individual should also have an understanding and be aware of how digital technology has reshaped education.

Role and Responsibilities

Planning, implementing and reviewing the English curriculum

Playing major role in ensuring development of teaching and learning policies and strategies.

Overseeing the development of a progressive and challenging curriculum

Proper and planned work delegation to the team members, get the allocated tasks delivered on time and ensuring minimal or no errors.

Proper utilization of manpower by even work distribution.

Using effective and relevant teaching methodologies and strategies

Including interdisciplinary questions and activities.

Creating a plan that ensures an interactive classroom environment and aims at the holistic development of the learners.

Experience

• Candidates must have 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar profile of English in Edtech.
• Teaching experience of a minimum 2-3 year as a secondary school teacher will be an added advantage.
