The primary responsibility of this profile is to do tele-counselling of the students and generate sales.

Job Description

• Tele-counselling to all the assigned leads. (No cold calling)
• Follow up leads using calls, emails, and Whatsapp
• Close sales by making the interested students pay the required course fees
• Up-sell new courses to the existing students
• Maintain students database in CRM and regularly update it with the latest status
• Daily, weekly and monthly reporting

Work Experience: 2 years

Desired Candidate Profile

• Good experience of doing telesales, one who enjoys sales.
• Excellent communication skills (Both English & Hindi)
• Ability to persuade and influence others.
• Driven by targets and incentives.
• Prior experience in education counselling or at an elearning company will be preferred.
• Have flexible mindset and would love to work in a startup environment.
• Ability to keep data organized and updated. Experience of using CRM
