Job Description

This job role includes not only limited to handling and managing incoming and out going calls, generating leads, but also scheduling appointments for the webinars, seminars and exchanging information on various courses globally like MBBS, MS, B Tech, Medical PG

Calling the students and parents for briefing about the courses.

Provide pre sales counselling and advise the students regarding admission services

Handling the walk-ins for international study destination, immigrations. etc.

Providing details information about the courses and procedures.

Responsibly handle all aspects of admission process, students communications and updates etc.

Generate walk-ins from telephonic lead, leads for other sources and referrals.

Digital Marketing, lead generations, Lead generation from the data provided from the marketing dept.

Responsible for operations processes / formalities at the center.

Capturing accurate client information on inquiry form and timely entering the same in the system.

Ensure KYC compliance of the enrolled students.

Must Speak : English, Hindi, Telugu.

Qualification: Inter / Degree

Salary: ₹200,000.00 – ₹300,000.00 per year
