Role & responsibilities:

Training Program Development:

• • Design, develop, and update comprehensive web development training programs.
  • Ensure training content is current, relevant, and aligns with industry standards.

Conduct Training Sessions:

• • Deliver engaging and effective training sessions, both online and offline.
  • Use a variety of instructional techniques and formats to accommodate different learning styles.

Mentorship and Guidance:

• • Provide mentorship and guidance to students, helping them understand complex web development concepts.
  • Assist students in their projects and practical assignments.

Assessment and Evaluation:

• • Develop assessment tools to evaluate student progress and program effectiveness.
  • Provide constructive feedback to students to enhance their learning experience.

Leadership and Management:

• • Lead the training department, manage training schedules, and coordinate with other departments.
  • Mentor junior trainers and provide support in their professional development.

Industry Collaboration:

• • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Collaborate with industry experts to bring real-world insights into the training programs.

Administrative Duties:

• • Maintain records of training activities, student progress, and feedback.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management review.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and popular web development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Experience with backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, PHP, Python) and databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
