Roles and Responsibilities

• Counsel students on international education options, including country, course, university, and program choices, as well as career planning.
• Assist students with application procedures, visa applications, and housing applications, as well as prepare them for their studies abroad.
• Ensure that entrance and visa processes, as well as lodging and transport, are completed on time.
• Give the parent and/or student all of the information they’re looking for. Clarifying any questions, you may have about filling out a form, or any other doubts you may have.
• Give specifics regarding the international course. Education, such as diplomas, bachelor’s degrees, and master’s degrees (all stream)
• Ensure that the parent/student departs with a favorable impression, which will result in additional clients and recommendations.
• Keep up to speed on the numerous studies abroad programs provided by colleges and institutions, and put your knowledge to good use in assisting students.
• Assist students with all aspects of their stay, from registration to flying to the host nation.
• Maintain a proper database of students who have been counselled and who have applied to study abroad.
• Receive client information and assess the candidate’s suitability for the course and university of his or her choosing, providing advice as needed.
• Assisting with initiatives aimed at promoting the Company’s universities.
• Examine the mindset of students who are interested in studying abroad and encourage and motivate clients to enroll in the course.
• Should possess strong interpersonal and presenting skills, as well as the confidence to talk with kids and parents.
• Should be confident in professionally marketing Study abroad programs to students and parents.
• Responsible for reporting to the Manager on a regular basis

Desired Candidate Profile

• A minimum of two years of experience in the Study Abroad industry is necessary.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written, as well as the local language.
• Should be able to provide excellent customer service and be eager to assist students and parents with any questions they may have during phone interactions.
• Should be goal-oriented and capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Should be able to interact successfully with coworkers, students, and people from all walks of life.
• Ability to learn on one’s own and find the most effective study methods for students. Should be able to comprehend the international business market.
• An in-depth understanding of bargaining strategies is required.
• You must be active, ambitious, and truthful.
• With a results-oriented strategy, self-motivated
• Good judgement is required.
